    Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in selling training solutions to colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA and possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, along with a well-established network in the higher education sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in institutional sales and a passion for education and learning innovation.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for training programs within the higher education segment. Leverage existing relationships and networks to connect with decision-makers at universities and colleges (including Deans, Registrars, Department Heads, and Placement & Training Directors). Identify new business opportunities and partnerships across academic institutions. Promote customized training solutions, including faculty development, student upskilling, certification programs, and digital learning tools. Lead sales presentations, meetings, and proposal development tailored to institutional needs. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Represent the organization at education conferences, seminars, and networking events. Qualifications: MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Education preferred). 5 to 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling training or educational solutions to universities and colleges. Strong existing network in the higher education sector. Demonstrated ability to close high-value institutional deals and build long-term client relationships. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel as required .Preferred Attributes: Experience with EdTech or Learning & Development solutions.
