Institutional Custody Asset Servicing Specialist

A global bank in Singapore is currently seeking experienced candidates in custody/securities settlement and client-facing experience to join the team as an Institutional Custody Asset Servicing Specialist.

The role:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted single point of contact for Institutional Clients and Banks & Regulated Brokers.
  • Answer clients' questions on day-to-day use of our platform and on post-trade-related topics, e.g. securities settlements, corporate actions, reconciliation, cash management, and operational tax.
  • Support smooth onboarding and training for new clients.
  • Provide post-trade support for our premium clients, e.g. sending of settlement instructions and sending of proxy instructions.
  • Act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team.
  • Be on the lookout for ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls, and increase customer satisfaction.

The requirements:

  • Previous client services experience within the financial services industry.
  • Fundamental knowledge or prior experience in custody and securities services.
  • Passion for dealing with clients, strong numerical skills, and an understanding of financial instruments.
  • The proven ability to build, maintain, and enhance relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in Investment Banking and/or Wealth Management Ops will be of added advantage.
  • Only open to SG citizen or SG PR holder.
