What you’ll do

Target market and customer identification:Focus on identifying and contacting potential market makers, brokers and other customer groups who use API as their main trading tool, understand their business needs, and establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
Business negotiation and cooperation promotion:Lead the business negotiation process to ensure that cooperation terms are fair and reasonable, effectively promote the conclusion of cooperation agreements, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market insights and strategy formulation:Continuously track and analyze the dynamics of the API trading market, competitor strategies and changes in customer needs, and provide data support and suggestions for the company’s product iterations and market strategies.
Customer support and relationship maintenance:Provide technical support and business consultation to customers in the process of using APIs, solve customer problems, enhance customer stickiness, and promote continued business growth.
Performance achievement and team contribution:Set and achieve personal and team business development goals, including but not limited to key performance indicators such as the number of new customers and API transaction volume growth.
What you’ll need

Educational background:Bachelor degree or above, finance, computer, information technology, marketing and other related majors are preferred.
Work experience:At least 3 years of relevant work experience in BD/sales in financial institutions, Internet companies or blockchain industries. Applicants with successful cases of connecting with API customers such as market makers and brokers will be given priority.
Professional knowledge:Familiar with the cryptocurrency market, understand basic concepts such as API trading systems, high-frequency trading, quantitative trading, etc., and have a certain understanding of blockchain technology. Have basic IT knowledge and be able to understand technical details such as API interfaces and data transmission to facilitate effective communication with customers.
Communication skills:Have excellent business negotiation and interpersonal skills, and be able to accurately grasp customer needs and provide solutions that meet their business needs.
Market acumen:Highly sensitive to market trends and industry dynamics, able to quickly adapt to market changes and formulate effective market strategies.
Teamwork and leadership:Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and have certain team leadership skills.
Language ability:Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English, able to communicate with international partners without barriers. Bonus points for those with other language skills.
