Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Outdoor Painter (Construction) to carry out exterior painting tasks on buildings, structures, and surfaces. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring a high-quality finish that can withstand weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare exterior surfaces (walls, ceilings, facades) by scraping, sanding, power washing, or chemical cleaning.
• Apply primer, paint, waterproofing, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Perform patching or minor surface repairs before painting.
• Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and desired finish.
• Set up scaffolding, ladders, or swing stages safely to reach high areas.
• Protect non-paintable surfaces with masking tape, coverings, or drop cloths.
• Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity and correct flaws as needed.
• Work in compliance with site safety standards and PPE requirements

Requirements:
