Job summary
1 REGION RESOURCE in Singapore seeks a hands-on Installation and Maintenance Technician to lead vessel projects. You will install and upgrade mechanical and electrical equipment onboard, supervise site teams, and ensure safety standards are met.
The role requires welding and cutting experience, service and repair of vessel engines, a Class 3 driving license, and willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts on vessels. You will prepare work schedules, report daily progress, and train junior staff.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation and maintenance projects.
- Install and upgrade mechanical and electrical equipment onboard.
- Maintain, repair and troubleshoot machinery.
- Prepare work and manpower schedules.
- Submit daily reports to the Manager.
- Assist with new and existing clients.
- Follow standard and regulatory practices during installation.
- Support on 24/7 alert schedule with rotating shifts.
- Train junior staff and educate safety rules.
