MAXIUS TRADING PTE. LTD. in Serangoon, Singapore, is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage Instagram and TikTok content on-site. You will own content calendar, create Reels and posts, and help launch campaigns for iTea beverage brand.

You'll track performance metrics, engage with the community, and collaborate with creators and influencers to grow follower engagement and brand awareness in the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems and formats.
• Good English copywriting, able to write engaging local-friendly content.
• Awareness of Singapore youth culture and social media trends.
• Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into content.
• Basic photography or video shooting experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage and oversee content planning and day-to-day operations of Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Develop and maintain the Social Media Content Calendar, including scheduling and publishing.
• Plan and create Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and Posts based on platform trends.
• Own short-form video concepts, scripts, captions, and briefs.
• Identify trending content, audio, memes relevant to younger audiences.
• Develop content plans to support product launches, campaigns and store activities.
• Participate in filming and on-site execution of social media content.
• Manage comments, DMs and audience interactions to build community.
• Track Reach, Engagement, Views and Follower Growth and optimize content.
• Assist in managing Creator, Influencer and UGC collaborations.
