Job Purpose:

Leads the Insights team towards delivering best practice media content analysis for the Insights business. Provides highly valued and relevant measurement-based insights to Isentia clients, leveraging deep expertise across government, industry, and cultural landscapes.

Works collaboratively and provides Insights support to the New Business Team and Account Management teams in driving Insights sales and reaching revenue targets. Active in educating the communications industry on measurement and participating in industry thought leadership events. Upkeeps team-level camaraderie and morale. Improves overall team productivity and research insights through workflow streamlining, innovation, and technology.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Leads and manages a high-performing team by setting clear goals, KPIs, and expectations, and holding members accountable. Provides regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to drive results.
  • Leads client relationships and drives revenue growth for Insights products, managing accounts through a team of analysts. Partners with BD and AMT to support sales, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver timely, high-quality insights.
  • Manages resources to ensure seamless Insights operations and team reliability. Plans and allocates support for account setup, coding, charting and reporting.
  • Ascertains high-quality output and adherence of the team to standards. Ensures the team consistently delivers high-quality analysis and adheres to standards.
  • Drives innovation and process improvements by encouraging the team to find better solutions, adopt new tools, and refine methodologies.
  • Ensures full compliance with Isentia policies, Code of Conduct, and local laws.


Skills and Experience

  • We are looking for a person who is a PR/SG citizen
  • The offered monthly salary is SGD 5,000
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
  • Degree in Communications, Communications Research, Business or other related Social Sciences.
  • Analytical mindset and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. In-depth knowledge of analysis methodologies, combined with a good business sense and experience in recommending effective solutions in a B2B consultative selling environment. A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • With 3 to 5 years in the related industry, with sound knowledge of the market and at least 3 years of experience managing a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with a team. Is able to proactively interact with colleagues for the benefit of the entire organisation
  • Proficiency in data tools and experience with data visualisation, dashboard, Microsoft Office applications (including pivot tables) and other analysis tools.
  • English and mother tongue proficient. Proficiency in other languages would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, with cross-cultural teams and with external parties.
