Inside Sales / Telesales / Electronics Distributor

Job Descriptions:

• Supports in cooperation with the Sales engineers on those allocated Singapore customers based on yearly review and also newly activated customer if needed.

• Create the business opportunity with the targeted existing and prospective clients in Singapore.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable components or solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations over the phone.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.

• Generate quotes based on customer enquired part and request for sample support.

• Follow up on quotations/samples and project status, and if needed, visit clients together with sales engineers or our Field application engineers.

• Ensure the active status on the allocated customers to maintain every year.

• Define a proper marketing strategy to establish a stable business relationship with the customers allocated.

• Work closely with internal team to achieve high standards of customer service and technical support.

• Follow up on support to customer for order loading till the payment is completed.

• Generate and provide timely update on the customer status.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Electronics or Electrical engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences.
