Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement:
Engage in high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, and video conferencing to build a solid sales pipeline.
Effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients using various sources, including CRM systems, social media, and referrals.
Evaluate both inbound and outbound leads to determine their needs and alignment with offerings.
Distribute commercial product samples with appropriate approvals, in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Provide regular follow-ups and updates regarding new offers or services.
Goal Achievement:
Achieve or surpass sales targets for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, including conversion rates and pipeline progress.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Work in tandem with external sales representatives or account managers to ensure smooth customer transitions.
Customer Service:
Prepare and present price quotes, negotiate sales terms within authorized limits, and process orders according to company policies.
Oversee customer order entries in the SAP system.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in the C4C CRM system.
Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, competitive products, and pricing.
Generate and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
Compliance with Safety and Regulations:
Comply with company's safety, environmental, and occupational health standards by working alongside supervisors, sales teams, and HSE personnel to meet local and global regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
5 years of relevant experience in inside sales or a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Experience in distributor relationship management and channel sales strategies is an advantage.
