Job description

Position: Inside Sales/Sales Support Executive (Gift Supplier)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 + $100 - $200 Incentives + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Increment Yearly up to 21 Days)

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with warm leads generated by the discovery call team, providing personalized follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products/services.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information on products, pricing, and order status.
  • Perform other ad-hoc activities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable with client-facing activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, delivering efficient and high-quality results.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates.
