Komstadt is expanding in Singapore and we are looking for an Inside Sales / Sales Support Executive to strengthen our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn about AV/IT and Smart Workplace Solutions while supporting a high-performing sales team.

You will be the key link between our Sales Managers, Account Managers, and our customers — ensuring smooth operations, timely follow-ups, and professional communication with prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with proposal preparation, quotations, and tender documentation

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms, and provide timely responses

  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to prepare presentations and solution documents

  • Maintain and update CRM records for accounts, leads, and opportunities

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure proper handover to operations teams after order confirmation

  • Work closely with management to prepare reports on pipeline, sales forecasts, and KPIs

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service (preferably in IT/AV/technology industries, but not mandatory)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication in English

  • Positive, customer-oriented attitude and ability to multitask
