We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative with a strong interest in ICT solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales by connecting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their technology needs, and recommending the right ICT products or services. This role is crucial in supporting our business growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote ICT solutions (e.g., cloud services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, business application)
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with business goals
Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Coordinate with technical pre-sales and solution architects to ensure customer requirements are met
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the ICT or tech industry
Experience selling to SMBs, enterprises, or public sector clients
Familiarity with solution selling or consultative sales techniques
Strong understanding of ICT products and services (cloud, networking, IT hardware/software, business application, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
