As we expand our go-to-market team, we are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who is passionate about technology and excited to grow in a fast-paced cloud consulting environment.
Role Overview
As an ISR at 1CloudHub, you will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams and AWS to progress opportunities. You will be involved in spearheading customer acquisition to end-to-end sales cycle, working closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and marketing teams to uncover customer needs and shape innovative cloud and AI solutions
This role is ideal for early-career professionals or individuals with 1–2 years of experience in inside sales or SDR roles. Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) and follow up on inbound interest
Engage in value-driven conversations with potential customers to uncover needs and opportunities
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for sales and technical teams
Support preparation of outreach materials, presentations, and customer-facing collateral
Maintain accurate lead data and pipeline updates in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
Stay informed on cloud best practices, and emerging technologies such as Gen AI
Participate in or support webinars, workshops, and customer presentations, with opportunities for public speaking exposure
Collaborate across functions to support marketing campaigns and partner initiatives
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or business development (preferred, but open to early-career talent)
Strong interpersonal skills—people-centric, confident in conversations and presentations
Comfortable engaging customers in professional discussions and public settings (e.g. demos, webinars)
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
Fast learner with genuine interest in cloud computing, Gen AI, and digital innovation
Experience or knowledge of the Cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial
