The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through the sourcing of new sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails
Follow through on campaigns and calls
Manage and develop existing portfolio of small accounts
Establish and develop long-term, successful, and sustainable customer relationships
Perform under a quick sales environment (phone calls – emails)
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Provide product, service and price guidance
Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory
Manage accounts, prospects, calls and activity in Salesforce
Generate and analyze reports to identify customer trends in order to support calls and reporting requirements
Route qualified opportunities to Strategic Account Managers for further development and closure when appropriate
Stay informed about competing products and services
Participate in required sales training that will allow the Envirotainer sales force to maintain a consultative sales approach with all customers continually.
Actively seek additional training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Responsible and accountable for the achievement of sales targets
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
Have general awareness of business, products/services and the pharma logistic market
Build strong and stable working relationships internally and externally
Be involved in some order fulfillment, pre & post-sales or administrative related activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (in International Business, Transport, Pharma, Sales or equivalent would be an advantage) or equivalent combination of experience and education required
Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience with demonstrated and successful B2B sales experience including territory prospecting, individual customer needs analysis, and tailored proposal follow through
