A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking motivated individuals to conduct outbound calls and identify potential clients for their diverse product offerings. This entry-level position requires excellent communication skills, with training provided for those without prior experience. Successful candidates will work closely with marketing and sales departments to enhance outreach strategies and gather valuable insights to improve company offerings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to manufacturing companies and industry contacts.
Identify potential clients who may benefit from the company’s products and services.
Introduce the company’s brand, solutions, and value proposition.
Qualify prospects based on interest, industry relevance, and potential needs.
Gather basic information such as contact details, job role, and area of interest
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach efforts.
Share feedback from prospects to help improve marketing materials and sales approaches.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification.
Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls to a wide range of contacts.
Fluent in spoken and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required – training will be provided for suitable candidates.
