Job description

Job Purpose

  • To support and grow the business

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and develop the portfolio of potential and existing customers, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, handle orders, and keep track of customers’ orders.
  2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various communication channels.
  3. Provide excellent service to customers and assist in resolving issues related to the company’s products.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements.
  5. Prepare and update regular reports.
  6. Maintain and file all records according to company procedures.
  7. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Prepare the annual budget for the portfolio.
  2. Participate in marketing planning and discussions.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  1. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential.
  2. Experience with ERP software, preferably SAP B1, is an advantage.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Effective communication skills.
  6. Strong presentation skills.
  7. 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
  8. Minimum diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

Working Conditions

- Standard office environment.
