Job Description
Provide general office admin support
Sourcing, evaluation and purchasing of materials.
In charge of purchase requisitions and processing orders.
Request and review quotations with suppliers, and process orders.
Provide admin support on daily sales operations.
Handle customer inquiries and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders.
Perform any other assigned projects and duties.
Able to work in a face paced environment.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-tasks in handling tasks.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Team player, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision within tight deadlines.
