Position Overview

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Inside Sales Manager. In this role, you'll work closely with the Business Unit Manager to manage the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals, boosting performance, and employing proactive sales strategies such as cold calling and other methods to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Business Sales Consultants, helping them meet and exceed performance goals through regular coaching, skill development, and goal-setting.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating peer coaching and review sessions, ensuring quality standards are consistently met across the team.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion, particularly focusing on corporate and SME clients.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales activities in the local market to meet defined sales objectives.
  • Monitor and improve sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency and effective sales strategies.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth and improvement of the sales team and business operations.
Job Requirements
  • Min 3 to 4 years of sales and business development experience within a similar industry.

  • Good account management and client relationship management skills.
