• Prepare quotations and technical specs by gathering info from internal teams.

• Coordinate pricing, deliveries, and order entry into ERP systems.

• Follow up on orders, monitor shipping and payment status.

• Lead and support Inside Sales team in issue resolution and performance review.

• Handle reporting, customer master data management, and administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Accounting.

• 3+ years of relevant experience, including L/C, D/P, and D/A handling.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, English & Chinese, and ERP systems (JDE is a plus).
