Job description

    As an Inside Sales Executive at our Bengaluru location, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the BLive EZY franchise program. Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, and English is essential for effective communication. Previous experience in inside sales, particularly in the EV or automotive sector, would be advantageous.Your key responsibilities will include calling and following up with inbound leads from various marketing campaigns and digital channels. You will need to assess potential leads based on their intent, financial readiness, and location interest. Additionally, scheduling meetings with Business Managers for further assessment and proposal walkthroughs will be crucial. It will be your responsibility to maintain accurate lead data, update statuses, and record notes on the CRM system, such as Zoho or equivalent.As the initial touchpoint for prospective franchisees, you will represent the brand and share relevant details about the BLive EZY program while highlighting key benefits to generate strong interest. Ensuring a high lead-to-meeting conversion rate by nurturing prospects through timely follow-ups will be a priority.The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in the automobile or EV industry. Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho CRM or similar platforms is required. Fluency in Tamil is mandatory, along with proficient English communication skills. Experience in handling lead-based, high-involvement products, such as franchise or vehicle sales, will be beneficial. Strong multitasking abilities, a structured calling approach, and confident communication skills are essential for success in this role.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
