Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound prospecting to generate new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Utilize various tools, databases, and online resources to research and identify potential leads and target markets.

  • Assess and qualify leads according to predefined criteria, then hand them over to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.

  • Keep the customer relationship management (CRM) system up-to-date with accurate lead information and statuses.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition.

  • Foster relationships with leads through consistent follow-up and personalized communication.

  • Support the scheduling of meetings or demos for the sales team.

  • Monitor and report on lead generation activities and conversion metrics.

  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly lead generation goals and KPIs.
