A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate for lead generation. Responsibilities include initiating outbound prospecting, utilizing research tools, and qualifying leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail and is proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications. This role supports achieving lead generation goals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound prospecting to generate new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Utilize various tools, databases, and online resources to research and identify potential leads and target markets.
Assess and qualify leads according to predefined criteria, then hand them over to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
Keep the customer relationship management (CRM) system up-to-date with accurate lead information and statuses.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition.
Foster relationships with leads through consistent follow-up and personalized communication.
Support the scheduling of meetings or demos for the sales team.
Monitor and report on lead generation activities and conversion metrics.
Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly lead generation goals and KPIs.
Job Requirement
Relevant experience will have added advantageous
Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
Well versed in Microsoft Suite Applications
