A leading cybersecurity firm is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist with quotations and tender submissions. This role involves engaging with customers and supporting the sales process, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in the tech industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

About The Role:
Prepare & help provide quotations to customers
Communicate with customer on the requirements, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process
Key into sales portal the opportunity
Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
Prepare the costing sheet & actual quotation before sending out to customer
Support the sales team during bid process
Download or gather the tender document from portal
Prepare submission template
Gather information to be included into the tender submission
Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
Assist in tender submission into the portal / tender box
Assist & help resolves customer queries
Communicate with customer on requirements
Coordinate technology sharing session with customer in order to generate new sales lead
Good organization skills & the ability to multitask is a plus point
Staying informed about cybersecurity product and services
Require to attend product sharing & technology update
Able to explain & demonstrate features of technology products and services
Able to answer customers' queries and send additional information via email
Able to upsell products and services
Requirements:
Previous experience in related tech/IT industry preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good organization skills and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as salesforce.com
