As Indoor Sales Executive (CCTV), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of VIGI CCTV products and solutions to customers, both through direct interaction and by managing inbound inquiries
Job Descriptions:
Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to understand their CCTV needs, while also managing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads to drive conversions
Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities
Prepare, present, and deliver sales presentations, proposals, Deal Registrations for salespersons and quotations to showcase the VIGI CCTV product range and its features to customers
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer support, including follow-up assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation, develop effective sales strategies and implement promotional materials and campaigns
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales target set by the management to contribute to the overall growth of the business
Job Requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably within the CCTV or security system industry
Possess an existing database of relevant customers, SIs (System Integrators) or channel partners within the CCTV or security industry in Singapore
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving abilities to support the sales process and overcome objections
Ability to understand and explain CCTV product specifications and technical features in a clear and customer-friendly manner
Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, clients, and counterparts for business or project-related matters
