Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, career driven Inside Sales Executive ( Philippines and Malaysia Market) to help drive EU Automation’s rapid growth within the APAC Region. In this B2B role you will be responsible for a sales area to proactively develop and grow by generating new enquiries, negotiating prices, sourcing and using selling techniques to close deals, whilst ensuring customer retention.

You may know this role as Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Advisor, Sales Coordinator, Sales Specialist.

Salary: SGD 36,000 (OTE- SGD 48,000 per annual)

Central Location- Raffles Place

Permanent- 5 days per week ( End early on Friday)

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive include:

  • Proactively initiate outbound phone calls to leads in our CRM database to create sales opportunities through understanding customer needs.

  • Ensure a prompt response to all inbound customer enquiries; from the web, phone, email and chat, whilst providing excellent customer service and finding solutions to their problems.

  • Timely preparation of sending quotes.

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-up calls.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements of an Inside Sales Executive:

  • Confident communicator by phone and email.

  • Accurately multitasking in a pressured environment.

  • Computer literate with sales experience is preferred.

  • Willing to adapt and work together in pursuit of our mission; to Make Manufacturing Possible.

  • We are looking for someone who can speak either:

    English & Tagalog (to support the Philippines market and liaising with Tagalog speaking counterparts in Philippines)

    OR someone with good proficiency in English & Bahasa Melayu (to support the Malaysia market and liaising with Bahasa Melayu speaking counterparts in Malaysia)
