Inside Sales Executive
Location: Central, Bendemeer
Office Hours | Long-Term Renewable Contract
Salary: Up to $4,500/month

We’re looking for a proactive and personable Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving sales efforts, nurturing client relationships, and supporting business operations from lead generation to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach.

  • Engage prospects via phone, email, or video to promote company offerings.

  • Present solutions, address inquiries, and negotiate deals to close sales.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to support, upsell, and cross-sell.

  • Track leads and manage the full sales process, ensuring accurate records.

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Process client purchase orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing for a smooth customer journey.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.

  • Prior experience in sales, especially in managed services, is preferred.

  • Candidates with excellent communication skills but no experience are welcome to apply.

  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and customer service skills.
