A leading company in the telecommunication sector is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to support our Sales team. The successful candidate will manage sales inquiries, assist with quotations, and ensure customer needs are met. Ideal applicants will possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible to support our Sales team with both new and existing customers and ensure their needs and expectations are met by the company.
The company is searching for a highly motivated individual to join our Sales team who has organisational competency to handle customer demands timely and assist the Sales team to drive sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Work with Sales and Presales teams to spearhead the preparations and modifications of quotations to customers in a timely and professional manner
Assist Sales Team to handle incoming email sales enquiries and follow up on enquiry status
Manage and Perform as a functional bridge amongst external solution providers and vendors as well as internal stakeholders in sales related activities
Support tender submission by compiling the costs and preparing the quotations, and assist sales team for commercial related queries during tender clarification.
Support in reviewing and managing all sales and tender related agreements, e.g. mutual non-disclosure, partnership, scope of work, and customer agreements
Work collaboratively with Sales team to assist in developing an overall account plan, monitoring sales funnel, which will maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners
Provide other ad-hoc sales coordination work and support to the Sales team
Work together with rest of the teams and support functions to achieve the objectives of the company as a whole
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from reputable university
Professional experience in telecommunication industry or system integrator preferred
Advanced mathematical skills to calculate sales margin and perform margin analysis
Ability to perform under stress to meet critical timelines
Ability to interact in a professional manner with customers, vendors, employees, and all levels of management
Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills and Personality:
Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, Independent, result-orientated, and dedicated person who initiates appropriate actions and strategies
Capable of functioning effectively in hectic and fast-paced work environments.
