Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven telemarketing & Inside Sales representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
  • Send out appointment reminders and handle customers’ responses.
  • Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Prepare Sales Quotation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum “N” levels
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

Other Information:

  • Work Week: 5 Days (Mon-Fri 8:30am to 6pm)
  • Salary: Basic + Commission
  • Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2
