Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research, and performing outreach to potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and uncover new business opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform lead generation strategies.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, cold calls, social media, and networking events.
- Clearly convey the value proposition of the firm’s products and services, customizing messaging to address each prospect’s specific needs.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline growth to department leadership.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong networking and communication skills for effective interactions with clients and team members
- Research skills for market analysis and understanding potential client needs
- High level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
