Job Summary:
Kaori Pte Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
· Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
· Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
· Send out appointment reminders and handle customers’ responses.
· Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
· Prepare Sales Quotation.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas.
· Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Minimum “N” levels
· Basic MS office applications (Eg, PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
· Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role.
· Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
· Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
· Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
Other Information
· Work Week: 5 Days (Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6pm)
· Salary: Basic + Commission
· Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2
