Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to understand their needs, while also managing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads to drive conversions
  • Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities
  • Prepare, present, and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to showcase the product range and its features to customers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer support, including follow-up assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation, develop effective sales strategies and implement promotional materials and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales target set by the management to contribute to the overall growth of the business
Working Qualifications:
  • Min. 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably within the CCTV, networking or security industry
  • Possess an existing database of relevant customers, SIs (System Integrators) or channel partners within the CCTV, networking or security industry in Singapore
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving abilities to support the sales process and overcome objections
  • Ability to understand and explain product specifications and technical features in a clear and customer-friendly manner
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, clients, and counterparts for business or project-related matters
