  • Salary: $3000 - $4500
  • Working day: 5 days (8AM - 5:30PM)
  • Location: Tuas

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
  • Address customer inquiries, follow up promptly, and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Review customer requests and prepare accurate sales quotations.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress in a timely manner.
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports; conduct pre-production meetings (PPMs).
  • Coordinate sales activities between the factory and overseas offices.
  • Collaborate with customers to finalize technical specifications.
  • Perform detailed contract reviews with clients before confirming sales orders.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive sales order details are communicated to engineering and production teams.
  • Prepare detailed job sheets including client requirements.
  • Assist the team in creating marketing, sales, and presentation materials.
  • Share market forecasts with the team and contribute to market analysis activities.
  • Be open to traveling when required.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing sector.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or Pro-E).
