Our AI-driven cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government agencies in energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure sectors.

As we grow our product range and global footprint, our Sales team is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to support both internal and external sales efforts. This role provides presales support during early opportunity stages, acts as a technical hotline for partners, and assists with customer inquiries during the RFP process. This is a unique opportunity to help develop a new function at Nozomi Networks. As a founding team member, you will report to the VP of Worldwide Sales Engineering and play a key role in establishing the team’s foundation and future growth. In this role, you will:

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners during presales and sales processes.
  • Serve as a technical hotline, assisting with technical requests and presales support from our elite partners.
  • Support the Sales and Inside Sales teams by drafting and reviewing RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop deep knowledge of our products and services to communicate solutions effectively.
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in English
  • A strong technical aptitude, particularly in network technologies and information security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-focused approach and commitment to exceptional support
  • A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A strong work ethic
