A leading company in the sales sector seeks a motivated candidate to join their team as an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves developing client relationships, managing orders, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance customer experiences. This position is ideal for fresh graduates with a diploma who are eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Job Description:
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information & explanations, and preparing quotations.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identifying potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Client Engagement:
Building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant products or services.
Order Management and Follow-up:
Ensuring accurate order entry, providing timely follow-up, and managing the sales process through to completion.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Collaboration with other teams:
Working with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in any fields.
0 - 1 year experience in inside sales / customer care.
Basic MS office applications (MS Word, Excel & etc).
Able to command in English. Mandarin will be added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and good in time management.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willing to work in Tuas, West Region, Singapore.
