Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist the sales team with key activities including lead generation, appointment scheduling, pipeline tracking, and the preparation of quotes, proposals, and client presentations.
- Contribute to sales and marketing efforts such as trade shows, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Communicate delivery schedules and consignment updates to customers and sales personnel.
- Address customer concerns effectively and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers, fostering strong working relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments—including system setup, logistics, and finance—to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Work in collaboration with the Technical team to provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
- Stay informed on the latest product updates, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
- Partner with the Finance team to follow up on outstanding payments.
Requirements:
- Strong telephone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions.
- Mature, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Results-driven mindset focused on meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Professional and polished appearance essential when engaging with clients.
- Team-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work approach.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, able to manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally and diplomatically.
- Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Effective time management skills; resourceful and results-driven.
- Well-organized and persistent in completing tasks within deadlines.
- Practical and realistic, responding promptly to customers while demonstrating efficiency.
- Consistently attentive to detail to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledgeable in sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience in sales negotiation is an advantage.
