Inside Sales Coordinator (Leader management, Letter of Credit, Oracle JDE)

JOB FUNCTION:

1. Quotations / Technical Specs
2. Gather technical information from Product Managers
3. Get pricing from Sales Directors
4. Confirm deliveries from Manufacturing
5. Prepare Quotation or Technical Spec in approved format
6. Distribute quote to Customer, Key Account Manager, Agents and Management
7. Update Proposal Log after quote is made
8. Follow-up on Quote or Technical Spec status

Order Entry:

1. Review PO with Account Manager for variances between order and actual customer requirements
2. Enter order into ERP system
3. Forward order cards to Product Manager for review and approval
4. Send order cards to production
5. Produce order confirmation
6. Distribute order confirmation to Customer, Key Account Manager, Agents and Management

Follow Up Orders:

1. Get the L/C’s, monitor ship dates and advise all appropriate parties
2. Follow up A/R
3. Review order status and highlight problem deliveries to sales

Other Duties:

1. Lead a team of Inside-sales Specialist. Help to resolve difficult issues on orders, shipment and claims.
2. Review and develop Inside-Sales’ team performance.
3. Weekly Forecast, Sales & Orders Reporting
4. Maintain JDE Customer Address Book
5. Administration duties – office and branches management, including liaising with tax agent, company secretaries and local authorities of branches.

Experience & Background:

1. Qualification – Diploma / Degree in Business Study / Supply Chain Management / Accounting
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field
3. Experience in L/C, D/P and D/A negotiation
4. Efficient in Microsoft applications
5. Good understanding of ERP system
6. JDE experience is an advantage
