Provide strong administrative support to the field sales team, ensuring seamless operations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documentation for tenders.
Proficient in sales processing tasks, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
Generate quotations and efficiently manage a high volume of inquiries via email and phone.
Ensure projects are executed according to agreed timelines and schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts as needed.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by following up on existing leads.
Monitor customer approvals and payments, ensuring timely receipt.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to support smooth daily operations.
Participate in both online and offline product training sessions organized by vendors to stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business or relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of working/administrative experience in relevant field.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
