A leading electronics firm in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative to assist the sales team and manage client relationships. Job description

Job Description & Requirements

(1) Assist sales team with the customer services, help locate product for customers, place order, place holds, process transactions and keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked;

(2) Identify customers' product needs, conduct market research to identify markets trends and industry information as to serve clients better;

(3) Develop business with international clients and achieve high clients' satisfaction;

(4) Managing the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base;

(5) Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service, often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineering support, and troubleshooting other customer problems;

(6) Responsible for on-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns the customer interface for back-end Quality processes: corrective actions, Field Quality Reports. Owns and Maintains Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs;

(7) As owner of the overall customer Quote to Order sales objectives, set strategy for the quote process, coordinate resources and processing of customer quotations, validate EOL and NCNR parts. Negotiate pricing and Quote mark up and notify customer of all/any price increases

Requirements:

Ø At least 1-2 years experienced in electronics industry or B2B trading industry

Ø Ability to communicate effectively;

Ø Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results;

Ø Minimum Diploma or its equivalent;

Ø Strong customer service and sales skills;

Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Ø Exceptional written and spoken fluency in Mandarin (equivalent or close to native Mandarin language skills) as well as good written and spoken fluency in English in order to support the China team with client work across Asia
