Aramex is expanding its Singapore team and seeks an Inside Sales professional. The role involves providing excellent customer service, generating revenue, and meeting sales targets in the logistics sector. As a leading global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, our breadth of services includes express courier delivery, freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain management, e-commerce, and record management services.
Aramex Singapore is expanding and we are seeking Inside Sales to join our Singapore team and will be reporting to the Head of Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to prospects and existing customers, establishing rapport and building trust.
Generate revenue channels from Cross Selling and Upselling streams through outbound cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
Contact potential customers to present our products/services and explain their benefits and features.
Promote cost-effective service channels and increase the use of automation to streamline processes.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.
Drive the use of e-Tools across all customers to enhance efficiency and convenience.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and feedback for continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
