Job summary

KLA in Singapore seeks an Electrical Engineer to contribute to highly integrated electrical sub-systems with PCBs and FPGAs. You will participate in FPGA and PCB development, generate design documentation, and validate performance at bench and system level, working with a global team.

Role requires hands-on lab work, strong communication, and 2+ years of electronics experience. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure robust designs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years of related work.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity and high-speed digital design.
• Experience with FPGA and embedded board level design preferred.
• Ability to work with lab equipment and test benches.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development projects for highly integrated electrical sub-systems with PCBs and FPGAs.
• Participate in FPGA development including architecture design, logic design, PCB integration and validation.
• Participate in PCB development including architecture design, component selection, schematic design, layout review and PCB bring-up / validation.
• Create test plans and perform technical analysis to validate new design performance at bench and system level.
• Generate design documentation through design phases and present for design reviews.
• Apply systems engineering principles to optimize new design at system level.
