Job summary

Workforce Singapore (WSG) is seeking a role focused on planning and implementing innovation pilots and new initiatives. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across project design and execution, preparing management papers, coordinating engagements, and supporting scale-up of successful pilots.

The role emphasizes working across the full innovation lifecycle, from strategic planning to managing partners, vendors, and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, innovation, or business transformation.
• Experience across multiple stages of project or innovation lifecycles from planning to evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with internal teams, external organisations, vendors, and senior management.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple moving parts in dynamic environments.
• Excellent writing, synthesis, and presentation skills for management and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess issues, structure options, and draw actionable insights.
• Interest in career longevity and enabling PMETs to contribute their expertise.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Innovation Development: conceptualise and develop innovation projects; frame problems and develop options; prepare papers and briefs; translate strategy into workplans.
• Project Development and Delivery Across the Innovation Lifecycle: engage teams across ideation, design, piloting, implementation, evaluation and scaling; refine scope and plans.
• Resource planning and evaluation: assess manpower, budget, partnerships, and operational needs; propose sustainability and scale-up strategies.
