Job summary

Temus is seeking a qualified specialist to drive Innovation Sandbox Strategy & Operations and Innovation Enablement & Capability Building. You will support rapid experimentation, prototyping, and validation of emerging technologies while overseeing sandbox governance, platform enablement, and self-service capabilities.

The role requires 5–6 years in IT systems, cloud experience (AWS/Azure), and strong governance, security, and DevOps know-how.

Qualifications

5–6 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
Certifications in cloud technologies or IT service management are an advantage.
Experience in software development with APIs, system integration, and testing.
Familiarity with virtualization, containers, and DevOps practices.
Understanding of identity and access management, cybersecurity, and governance frameworks.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, establish, and operate innovation sandbox environments for rapid experimentation.
Develop governance, onboarding procedures, and evaluation mechanisms.
Manage sandbox operations, onboarding, access controls, and compliance.
Monitor sandbox usage, investigate anomalies, and optimise resources.
Enhance sandbox capabilities based on user feedback and needs.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, governance, and privacy requirements.
Review resource consumption, generate chargeback insights, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Provide governance and administrative support for sandbox platforms and programmes.
