Innovation Engineer

What will you do?

Presales Solutioning

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and craft innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (POCs).
  • Translate business problems into technical solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.

Innovation & Technical Leadership

  • Lead ideation and design of forward-looking solutions using Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot).
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI, automation, and emerging tools to solve customer challenges.

Solution Development

  • Rapidly prototype and develop POCs to showcase solution feasibility.
  • Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and architects to ensure seamless handover from presales to delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization on Microsoft innovations.

Customer Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the sales process.
  • Understand client IT landscapes and recommend optimal adoption strategies for Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 3-7 years of experience in solution engineering, technical presales, or solution architecture roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, automation tools, and emerging Microsoft innovations (e.g., Copilot, Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 certifications) are a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
