Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled technician to set up multi-cavity mold tooling and optimize injection processes for high-precision plastics. You will troubleshoot defects, tune process parameters, and support automation equipment used in soldering and vision inspection systems.

You should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in high-precision moulding, preferably in semiconductor or electronics tooling environments. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in high-precision plastic injection moulding.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics tooling sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up multi-cavity, high-precision molds, core pulls and complex sliders.
• Program and fine-tune injection parameters for high-performance resins.
• Diagnose molding defects and troubleshoot to minimize downtime and scrap rates.
• Operate and service 3-axis/5-axis robotic sprue pickers and automated vision systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on molds to maximize tooling longevity.
