Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a cloud architect to lead design, deployment, and security-focused GCP solutions for enterprise-scale initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage service delivery, and drive improvements across the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on GCP, Python and Shell scripting skills, and exposure to AI technologies, with experience across cloud platforms including AWS or Azure. Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GCP experience on large enterprise-scale SI projects.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle.
• Exposure to AI technologies and LLM optimization.
• Exposure to AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement cloud architecture solutions with a focus on design, deployment, automation, and security on GCP.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior management, project leadership and delivery teams.
• Set priorities and align operations and maintenance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain accountability for end-to-end service delivery.
• Act as focal point for client escalations related to issues and incidents.
• Ensure KPI reports on service delivery progress are delivered.
• Identify, develop, implement, and document process improvements to enhance customer service.
• Proactively identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement.
• Work with Account Managers to develop identified opportunities.
• Cultivate industry partnerships and manage developer communities.
• Provide strong leadership to project and application teams.
