GIC PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an Infrastructure Associate for a 3-year fixed-term contract with full employment terms. You will evaluate and execute new investments, prepare and present evaluations to the investment committee, and manage portfolio investments across Asia and Australia.

Qualifications

• Ideally at least 2 years of relevant work experience in an investment bank or buyside firm, preferably covering Infrastructure / Real Assets investing.
• Strong financial modelling skills and sound commercial judgement.
• Advanced skills in writing, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and executing new Infrastructure investments.
• Preparing and presenting quantitative and qualitative evaluation to the investment committee.
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with counterparties and potential investee companies.
• Managing and reporting on assigned investments, for example, supporting GIC representatives at investor and board meetings, engaging with management and other investors regularly, and contributing to strategic initiatives with investee companies.
• Participate in special projects as assigned from time to time (e.g., developing new analytical systems or conducting market mapping of industries).
