Job description

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and operations of infrastructure and facilities projects.

You will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of these strategic initiatives.

Job Scope

  • Plan and manage the development of new facilities in alignment with the latest service standards and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with end users to define space requirements and develop the Schedule of Accommodation (SOA).

  • Oversee the procurement and progress of consultancy and construction contracts throughout project implementation.

  • Track budget utilization and provide regular status updates to management.

  • Coordinate the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to align with construction timelines.

  • Work closely with internal teams and end users to ensure operational readiness, including organizing relocation and launch activities for new premises.

  • Support strategic initiatives related to budgeting, workforce planning, service development, quality, and technology.

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Building / Project / Facilities Management or equivalent

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
