Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the document review process and ensure timely resolution of stakeholder feedback.
  • Coordinate end-to-end engineering activities including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Track project schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare progress reports and support project delivery milestones.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Participate in night works and site visits during engineering hours as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in project coordination, ideally within transit or Automatic Fare Collection systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel between office and project sites and work flexible hours.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
  • Prior involvement in Singapore’s transit or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
  • Experience in testing and commissioning engineering systems.
