Depending on the pathway that you are assigned to, you will be exposed to the following domains:

[Network]

1. Support network planning, design, implementation, and performance optimization
2. Support network daily operational tasks
3. Maintain network infrastructure and resolve infrastructure incidents

[Systems]

1. Responsible for the system design, implementation, testing and maintenance of proposed system
2. Provide support to end users on a variety of system technologies including Microsoft Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS and Middleware.

[Cloud]

1. Assess and incorporate the ITIL standards into Private/Public Managed Cloud platforms to align with the industry best practices.
2. Operate and manage the cloud technologies that incorporate products, tools, self-service portals and automation.
3. Work with both the product managers and the engineering/development team to design, develop, and deliver the Cloud product roadmap.

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. Keen interest in Networks, Systems, Automation, Cloud, ITIL and Digital Solutions
2. No experience is required. However, knowledge in the following areas may be advantageous:
3. IT Concepts (e.g. OSI/ITIL/ITSM)
4. Programming algorithm & coding (e.g. SQL/PHP/Python/Ruby)
5. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience
6. Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of relevant working experience
