Job summary

A leading company in Singapore seeks an Infrastructure Manager to oversee the entire infrastructure project life cycle. The role involves working with both infrastructure and application teams, ensuring the implementation of robust technical solutions, and maintaining optimal security for all infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows OS, Citrix, and cloud projects, along with strong communication skills to coordinate across different stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant Infrastructure support and OS administration.
• Good technical knowledge of Windows OS (2019, 2016, 2012) and Citrix.
• Experience in patching, administration, and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Drive infra project life cycle from Server provisioning to Cutover.
• Collaborate with Application and infra teams for new initiatives.
• Maintain Security of infrastructure systems in accordance with directives.

Job Description:

Infrastructure Management
•Drive infra project life cycle – Server provisioning to Cutover.
•Work with infra and app teams on requirement gathering to implementation.
•Review and analyze infrastructure architecture and identify the gaps.
•Perform WINDOWS OS patching and other administration tasks for Private & Public cloud projects
•Guide app team to troubleshoot infra related issues.
•Be the SME for Windows administration and automation.

Operation & Process:
•Prepares technical project plans for new initiatives in BAU
•Collaborates with Application teams and other infra teams to develop technical solutions and enhancements.
•Drive the on boarding of new applications on to the production environment.
Maintain Security:
•In accordance with Bank’s security directives, assists to deploy, maintain, and enhance the security of all infrastructure systems through administrative, preventive, detective, and reactive controls, such as change and configuration management, anti-virus measures, patch management, and system scans.

Requirements:
•At least 5-8 years of relevant Infrastructure support and OS administration
•Possess good technical knowledge of Windows Operating System (2019,2016,2012 ), Citrix, VMware, SSH, RDP, IIS & Hardware knowledge.
•Hands-on experience in Windows OS patching, administration and PowerShell scripting.
•Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning (Windows & Citrix)
•Experience in implementing and managing Citrix 7.x, NetScaler. Storefront etc.
•Scripting knowledge in Python Script and PowerShell will be desirable; to automate and avoid repetitive tasks.
•Experience in middleware (Connect Direct and SSH, IIS) and ability in supporting application setup will be an added advantage.
•Respond to support emails, phone calls and alert notifications in a timely manner and complete all necessary follow-up
•Must have good communication and writing skills. Able to drive meetings and coordinate different stakeholders.
